Sie sind Personalvermittler und möchten mit uns zusammenarbeiten? Dann prüfen Sie bitte die folgenden Konditionen, die wir auch mit unseren anderen Partnern vereinbaren. Wenn Sie diesen zustimmen, freuen wir uns auf Ihre Kontaktaufnahme.
Bitte beachten Sie:
Ein Vertragsabschluss erfolgt erst, nachdem Sie uns mindestens ein Kandidatenprofil zur Verfügung gestellt haben, für das wir den Recruiting-Prozess starten können. Für jedes Profil benötigen wir neben dem Lebenslauf auch Angaben zu den Gehaltsvorstellungen sowie zur Verfügbarkeit der Kandidatin oder des Kandidaten.

Please note that
A contract will only be concluded after you have provided us with at least one candidate profile for which we can start the recruiting process. For each profile, in addition to the CV, we also require information on the candidate’s salary expectations and availability.
Vermittlungsprovision
25% des Jahreszielgehalts exkl. Benefits der vermittelten Person
Rückvergütung
Endet das Beschäftigungsverhältnis der vermittelten Person innerhalb der Probezeit von 6 Monaten erwarten wir entweder eine kostenfreie Nachbesetzung der Position oder eine gestaffelte Rückvergütung der Vermittlungsprovision von mindestens 50% im 1. Monat der Beschäftigung, 30% im 2. Monat und 10% bis zum Ende der Probezeit.
Placement commission
25% of the annual target salary excl. benefits of the person placed
Reimbursement
If the employment relationship of the person placed ends within the probationary period of 6 months, we expect either a free replacement for the position or a staggered reimbursement of the placement commission of at least 50% in the first month of employment, 30% in the second month and 10% until the end of the probationary period.
